(Quartet of the Infinity of Worlds)
An Indian motif of copulation supported by women on each side, taken from
a temple where sculptures are perched and stacked in the middle of decorative
friezes, like bottles in an old apothecary store. Amorous figures released
in mid-air, or into water, molten earth, or a fire, like salamanders traveling
through the cycles of rebirth, fertilizing destruction.
